What to watch on TV tonight: Wednesday

Here’s what’ll be on your Twitter timeline this evening.

Every lunchtime, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

Don’t Tell The Bride (BBC1, 8pm)

Oh god. Oh god oh god oh god. Steve here decides to plan a Guns’N'Roses-themed wedding, but his fiancée Nicki doesn’t even like rock music. Is this the best plan for both of them then? No. Will skin and hair fly? Yes. #dttb

Wimbledon 2Day (BBC2, 9.30pm)

If you missed the events of the third day, Queen Clare Balding is here to take you through it, joined by the usual mix of former players and celebrity guests. #wimbledon

Knight and Day (RTÉ One, 9.35pm)

Cameron Diaz stars as a regular woman who has a chance encounter with a disgraced spy (Tom Cruise) who’s trying to clear his name. She obviously gets dragged along on his mission.

The lovely Poldark actor (and Dublin native) has been nominated for Best Actor in the TV Choice Awards. Go Aidan!

He’ll be battling it out with Peter Capaldi, David Tennant and his Hobbit co-star James Nesbitt for the title. Well, we know who we’re rooting for…
